Refund policy

At Balbalecp, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.


1. Return Eligibility & Requirements

We accept return requests that meet the following conditions:

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned together
  • Return requests must be approved by customer service before sending back the item

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Items showing signs of use, damage, missing parts, or unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Product photos (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  4. If approved, we will provide:
    • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    • Return address and detailed instructions

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Cost & Responsibility

  • For personal reasons (non-defective returns):
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • For defective products or our error:
    We will cover reasonable return shipping costs

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


4. No Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.

If you need a different item:

  • Return the original item (if eligible and approved)
  • Place a new order separately

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refund arrival time: 3–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

⚠️ No restocking fees will be charged.


6. Return Address & Important Notes

  • Do not return items without authorization
  • All returns must include an approved RMA number
  • Unauthorized returns may be rejected or not eligible for a refund

Once approved, we will provide:

  • RMA number
  • Return address and instructions

7. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
  • You may request a return after delivery according to this policy
