1. Return Eligibility & Requirements
We accept return requests that meet the following conditions:
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned together
- Return requests must be approved by customer service before sending back the item
The following items are non-returnable:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Promotional or discounted items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Items showing signs of use, damage, missing parts, or unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Reason for return
- Product photos (if applicable)

- If approved, we will provide:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return address and detailed instructions
⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Cost & Responsibility

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
4. No Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.
If you need a different item:
- Return the original item (if eligible and approved)
- Place a new order separately
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Processing time: 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refund arrival time: 3–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
⚠️ No restocking fees will be charged.
6. Return Address & Important Notes
- Do not return items without authorization
- All returns must include an approved RMA number
- Unauthorized returns may be rejected or not eligible for a refund

7. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
- Orders can be canceled free of charge
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
After Shipment:
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
