1. About Us: Who Operates the Website and What We Sell

balbalecp.com is operated by AROCHO NEXORA SOFTWARE LLC, a legally registered limited liability company in the United States. The company is registered in the state of Kentucky, with its official registered address at:

7101 CEDAR SPRINGS BLVD, LOUISVILLE, KY 40291, USA

My name is ALEXANDER ROBINSON AROCHO, and I am the founder of this website and company. Before starting this project, I worked for many years in e-commerce and supply chain operations, mainly focusing on general household goods and home products. At that time, I was helping other people sell products, but I rarely had the opportunity to choose products based on my own ideas and standards.

The turning point came at the end of 2023. I wanted to add some outdoor lighting to my garden. While searching online, I realized that most solar garden lights could be divided into two categories:

One category was purely functional: white or warm-white stake lights and wall lights, similar to street lamps—practical, but lacking personality.

The other category was cheap decorative products: often made of low-quality plastic, with rough designs. Many of them were not even truly solar-powered (requiring battery replacement), or they would stop working after only a couple of months.

What I was looking for was simple: a frog that lights up at night by itself, a quiet turtle, or a black cat with a slightly mysterious design. The design should not be childish, the materials should withstand sun and rain, and it should not require wiring or daily manual operation.

However, I found that combining these three elements—interesting design, real solar functionality, and durable materials—at a reasonable price was almost impossible in the market.

At the beginning of 2025, I officially registered AROCHO NEXORA SOFTWARE LLC in Louisville and launched balbalecp.com as a niche brand focused on solar-powered garden sculptures. There was no large company behind it, no investors—just me starting from scratch: selecting products, testing, listing, and replying to customers.

Today, we are still a very small team. However, every product we sell has been personally tested by me or a team member.

2. Our Products: Where They Come From and What We Focus On

We do not own any factories, and I want to be transparent about that.

We work directly with several long-term partner manufacturers. These factories are mostly located in regions with mature resin craftsmanship industries and also produce for small and mid-sized brands in the US and Europe.

Our selection criteria are not based on “largest scale” or “lowest price,” but on:

  • Willingness to accept small-batch production (200–500 units)
  • Hand-painted processes done by real workers, not fully automated spraying
  • Solar components (photovoltaic panels, batteries, LED lights) with basic specifications and test documentation

Our Product Selection Process

Step 1: Initial Selection

Each year, we review dozens of prototypes provided by our partner factories and select only 5–10 designs. We only choose designs that are interesting but not vulgar, scary, or overly childish. Our current cat, frog, and turtle series were selected based on these criteria.

We do not list products that look like Halloween props or overly low-quality decorations.

Step 2: Factory Inspection (On-site or Video Review)

For new suppliers, we require video inspections. For long-term partners, we conduct at least one on-site or video audit per year. We focus on:

  • Stability of hand-painting production lines
  • Whether resin materials have odor or cracking issues
  • Whether solar panels and LED connections are securely assembled

Step 3: Physical Product Testing (Most Important Stage)

Before any product is listed, we purchase at least 10–20 samples and conduct 2–4 weeks of outdoor testing, including:

  • Water resistance test: Simulated rain and humid conditions to check for water ingress
  • Lighting duration test: Recording how long the product stays lit after full charge (typically required 6–8 hours)
  • Light sensitivity test: Checking whether automatic on/off functions work correctly
  • Durability test: Dropping from approximately 1 meter onto grass or concrete to check for cracks

Only products that pass all tests move forward.

Step 4: Small Batch Launch

Initial orders are limited to 200–500 units. Based on customer feedback and return rates, we decide whether to continue, improve and restock, or discontinue the product.

We focus not on being “the best,” but on being “the most reliable within this price range.”

We do not claim to be number one in the industry or premium quality, because at this price level (typically $20–$40), perfection does not exist.

What we aim to provide is:

  • Hand-painted resin with a protective waterproof coating, not cheap plastic
  • Real solar-powered operation—no battery replacement required
  • Automatic light sensing—no need for manual switching
  • Replacement or refund if the product arrives defective or stops working shortly after use, according to our policy

3. Operating Model: Online-Only Sales and Warehouse Locations

balbalecp.com is a purely online retail store. We do not have any physical retail locations, and we do not offer in-store pickup or consignment in physical shops.

Warehousing & Fulfillment

We do not manage our own warehouses. All inventory is stored in third-party logistics (3PL) facilities, which handle storage, packaging, and shipping.

This allows us to operate without building our own warehouse infrastructure while keeping delivery faster and closer to customers.

Currently, our main inventory is stored in two locations:

  • California (West Coast US)
  • Pennsylvania (East Coast US)

When you place an order, the system automatically selects the nearest available warehouse with stock.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other US territories. We also do not offer international shipping.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays)
  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
  • We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping
