1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States.
Supported shipping area:
- Contiguous United States (48 states)
Not supported:
- Alaska (AK)
- Hawaii (HI)
- U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico)
Orders with shipping addresses in unsupported regions cannot be processed.
2. Order Processing Time
After payment is successfully completed, all orders enter processing:
- Standard processing time: 1–2 business days
- Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
Orders will be shipped after processing is completed.
3. Shipping Origin & Transit Time
All products are shipped via third-party fulfillment warehouses within the United States.
Possible fulfillment locations include:
- California warehouse
- Texas warehouse
- Other partnered U.S. fulfillment centers
Depending on warehouse location and delivery address, transit time may vary:
- Transit time: 5–8 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days (including processing time)
4. Order Cut-off Time
Daily order cut-off time:
- 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
5. Shipping Fees
- Standard shipping within the U.S.: Free shipping
- Not applicable to AK and HI regions
We offer free standard shipping for all eligible U.S. orders.
6. Taxes & Duties
- Most orders shipped within the United States are generally duty-free
- Customers usually do not need to pay import duties or additional customs fees
- In rare cases where state taxes or system-required fees apply, we will provide clarification during or before order fulfillment
We comply with all applicable U.S. tax regulations.
7. Shipping Delays, Holidays & Peak Seasons
Delivery times may be extended under the following conditions:
- Severe weather conditions (storms, snow, hurricanes, etc.)
- U.S. public holidays
- Peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas period)
- Temporary warehouse or carrier capacity limitations
In such cases, delivery may be delayed by 1–3 additional business days. We will do our best to keep order status updated.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate, including:
- Full name
- Shipping address
- ZIP code
- Phone number
If incorrect information leads to:
- Failed delivery
- Shipping delays
- Or return to warehouse
The customer may be responsible for related costs or delays.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the information before the order is shipped.
